Low-Fat Spinach Lasagna

  1. Prepare lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
  2. In a large bowl mix spinach, cottage cheese, 1 cup mozarella, egg, and seasonings
  3. Spray cooking spray on a lasagna tra or 13x9x2 baking disk.
  4. Layer 1/2 cup sauce, 3 noodles, and 1/2 cheese mixture. Repeat layer.
  5. Top with remaining noodles, then sauce, and sprinkle with 1 cup of mozarella.
  6. You can also sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
  7. Pour water around edges and put a few toothpicks on top to prevent cheese from sticking to foil.
  8. Cover with foil and bake at 350 ° for 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes, or until lasagna is bubbly.
  9. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving
